Since rocking onto the scene, the Fuck Fluro boys have dished out an array of parties centered at the popular valley nightspot GPO hotel. In saying fuck to fluro, these lad's have partied alongside names like Alan Braxe, Tenzin, The Vandals and AJAX, but when everyone finally wakes up Saturday morning, be sure to add CONGOROCK to that list! Yep, the FF boys hit a goldmine when they locked in the Italian madman and this friday marks the big night, with a bunch of steller locals on support duties. If your unfamiliar with Congorock, we'll give you five fast facts:

After kicking around for over a year now among the thousands of other willing and fierce blogs, we've decided to tighten things up a little on the ship - an act based soley around getting you more good tunes! In the past year Fridgejet has built itself into a 'regular' site for approximatly 1500 Australians and 750 international visitors monthly (give or take a bit), offering up audible goodness from many record labels currently in collaboration with the team, and sharing the love to all those kids 'you havent heard of'. It is these successes that have driven us to revamp the site and up the anti, so in the coming months keep your eyes peeled for new guest columns, new record label features and a whole shitload of general maintinance to make your time in the Fridge that little bit better! For those of you who haven't ventured to a Black Candy presented party recently, turns out they have successfully lived up to their own spiels and brought a regular jackin' house party to the valley precinct, layered up and topped off with ridiculously cheap EVERYTHING. From the massive launch night and the many loose 'Cornered' parties, to the quirky nerd shindig and the forthcoming 'Life of Electro' (Check the link - its this THURSDAY), the Black Candy boys have served up every style of night to the inquisitive crowds and they keep coming back for more!

May 7th marked the launch of Black Candy, with the night booming into Moon Bar @ Empire with support from Sec's and Fridgejet - plus a whole load of sweeeeet DJ's on board. Everyone (who could fit) had a big night and the vibe set the scene for the upcoming events, set to be the latest and greatest in inner-valley house party entertainment.
