While browsing around A-trak's official website we noticed a cool little vid of him and Chilli Gonzales performing at the 'Piano Talk Show' in New York a week or two back (watch the video here). A-trak just never ceases to amaze us, but this time he was happy to hand the limelight over to Chilli, stating 'I strongly recommend Gonzo's new mixtape, trust me, you've never heard anything like this'. Curious we jumped the link asap and downloaded what was sure to be something special, especially given the calibre of Mr Macklovitch. Upon completion, 'Pianist Envy' served us up a 30 minute remix hot pot, spewing out a range of piano infused hip-hop, electro and club remixes. Expect tunes from heavy hitters like 50 Cent, Daft Punk, Lil Wayne and heaps more - but with a nice twist!
