Riva Starr is a name considered very familiar to anyone with an interest in modern house music. Having shot to the top after a string of head turning releases on some of the most talked about labels, Riva Starr couldn't be any hotter right now. What's quite remarkable though is how quickly Stefano Miele, aka Riva Starr, established himself so prominently on a DJ/producer circuit thats notoriously difficult to break. It doesn't hurt that Claude VonStroke and Jesse Rose, the two men who sit atop of the pile, happen to be his biggest fans!
Riva's cleverly structured productions have made him a very sought after collaboration companion, completing remixes for Malente, Fatboy Slim, our very own Reekay Garcia, Tom Piper, Daniel Farley and many more. To hype up one of his recent releases "Dance Me" (one of my all time favorites), he made a promotional video equally captivating as the song. This song has also reached many top 10 DJ and music charts. The man also currently has an album which Beatport is exclusively promoting as one of their cream of the crop for the month. "If live gives you lemons, then make lemonade" includes all of his most recent productions plus some groovy, stripped back tech house tunes that I'm sure you'll find perfect for a warm-up set!
