Poligono

Upon taking a visit across to one of my regular and knowledgeable read-ups;Electric Zoo, I stumbled across the EP launch of one of Jack Union's newest additions Poligono. This mexican mad man has got to be close to one of the world's best kept secrets as his productions are nothing short of technically astonishing. In "Caguama Noise", Poligono has combined his signature vocal and (what I could only presume to be) typewriter clips with bouncy Beethoven-esque Basoon concerto passages. That bouncy mid is really addictive and you will probably inadvertently find yourself keeping the song on repeat. Poli's next release will be coming out later this month on Dubnoir with remixes by Chris James and Tom EQ. Previews and a Poligono mixtape can be found on the labels Myspace page.
